With this in mind I began my recruitment campaign to find more women who want to learn and play golf for business and social networking, holding the first Stiletto Golf event in May 2007 in Warwickshire where 48 women attended of which 75% came to learn the game.
Since then Stiletto Golf has grown considerably many women attend the events held throughout the Midlands to learn and play golf, members develop their golf further, build business relationships and social friendships, with many going on to join traditional golf clubs and play in club competitions... which is great when many golf clubs do struggle to recruit new women members.
My aim is to continually attract more women to golf by making it easier for women to learn, play and meet liked minded women for business and social reasons.
