Rules

Participants must at all times abide by the event booking and membership agreements, the Rules of Golf and any other Etiquette that may be posted on the stiletto golf website and are responsible to be aware of and abide by the Local Rules when visiting a Golf Club. stiletto golf reserves the right to change the format and rules of any stiletto golf event at any time.

Any participant found to be in breach of these rules as set out above in any way or bringing the game of golf or stiletto golf into disrepute shall be disassociated with stiletto golf, and no further event bookings will be accepted.
 
Events
  • Bookings can be made by competing an event booking form or online via the website.
  • Receipt of a booking is confirmed by email where the participant in then committed to pay a non-refundable event fee priory to attending any event.
  • Cancellations only receive a full refund giving stiletto golf written notice by hand, post or email at least 6 business days notice priory to an event.
  • stiletto golf reserve the right to refuse entry into an event if payment has not been received prior to the event.
  • Should the booked participant be unable to attend a suitable replacement may be sent, where possible giving confirmation of the replacement name by e-mail to office@stiletto-golf.co.uk. However the original participant is still responsible for payment should the replacement not attend.
  • Where activities are scheduled to take place outdoors, in the event of bad weather, we will endeavour to make appropriate alternative arrangements although they may change from those published. In the unlikely event we are forced to change or cancel an event date completely, stiletto golf’s liability will be limited to a transfer to the next appropriate date or a refund in full of the fee paid at the date you are notified by stiletto golf of the cancellation.
  • We regret that we are unable to make a refund for non-attendance on the day.
  • Equally, we will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by the cancellation of the event resulting from government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster, flooding or other force majeure.
  • stiletto golf reserves the right to reject a booking for an event without ascribing any reason for doing so.
  • Events run outside of the UK are excluded from this event booking agreement

 

Membership

  • Signing the application form gives acceptance of the membership agreement.
  • Members are committed to pay a non-refundable annual membership fee at the date of joining which covers the following 12 month period. 
  • Annual membership fees fixed by stiletto golf are continually reviewed and may be altered at any time, with immediate effect.  
  • stiletto golf reserves the right to reject an application for membership without ascribing any reason for doing so.
  • Memberships are not transferable and cannot be used by anyone else
  • A member may resign at any time however no refund of the annual membership fee will be given. stiletto golf reserve the right to cease a membership with immediate effect if the member breach’s any fundamental provision of this membership agreement.
  • You must be prepared to show your membership card when asked and not allow any other person to use it; if you do your membership may be subject to cancellation.
  • An active member regularly attending stiletto golf events may post a maximum of one event/notice per month on the website noticeboard, at busy periods stiletto golf reserve the right to carefully select which event/notices to publish based on subject/relevance/newness and the history of members postings in order to keep the noticeboard from getting stale. 
  • Any member found to be using stiletto golf members details for blanket marketing outside of the scope of general member communication will their membership terminated.
Venue and Equipment
We are not liable for any omissions or actions of persons not employed by stiletto golf, whilst we are careful to choose our suppliers, we cannot guarantee their safety standards.

Golf equipment will only be provided as stated on the booking form for the New Golfer. All other level of golfers will therefore be required to bring their own equipment which is brought at their own risk.

 
Liability
We warrant that the events provided to you by stiletto golf are provided using reasonable care and skill that your use of them is at your own risk. We do not warrant that their provision will be uninterrupted or error free and give no other warranty, guarantee or representation as to the performance of any of the same.

stiletto golf do not accept any liability for personal injury, accident, loss, damage, or death suffered directly or indirectly by any participant however caused.

stiletto golf does not provide any warranty as to the fitness or otherwise of the venue nor the owner and/or operator of the venue at which stiletto golf events take place.

Participants are solely responsible for how they interact with other participant. stiletto golf do not accept any liability for any economic loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts or participant reputation
